Job summary

Bouncer Digital, based in Madrid, seeks an Executive Assistant to the CEO and President to ensure decisions are turned into actions. You will guard calendars, coordinate internal teams and external partners, and keep critical projects moving with poise.

The role requires exceptional organization, discretion with sensitive information, and fluency in English and Spanish. You’ll work daily with Claude and ChatGPT and with the leadership team in a hybrid Madrid setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Executive Assistant or coordination role reporting to senior leadership.
• Fluent English (C1+) and Spanish (C2); strong business writing.
• Ability to manage calendars, travel, and complex schedules with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Own the CEO's and President's calendars and travel plans.
• Coordinate the team, partners and investors; track progress and bottlenecks.
• Ensure actions get done by following up and unblocking obstacles.
• Run meetings end to end: briefs, materials, minutes and next steps.
• Collaborate with Claude and ChatGPT to create documentation, analyses and workflows.
• Communicate in English daily with international stakeholders.
