Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in Valencia seeks a Team Leader to manage and develop a service-oriented team, coaching staff and identifying high-potential talent.

You will monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely, high-quality customer service. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and flexibility with the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Higher Vocational Education or University Degree required.
• Intermediate English proficiency required.
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach your team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Identify high-potential talent and support their development.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with other departments (BaSE, IE, etc.) to support projects.
• Plan resources and schedules, including holidays and peak periods.
• Provide operational support as needed.
