BYD Iberia in Madrid is seeking an Aftersales Technical & Warranty Manager to lead regional after-sales support, manage product quality issues, and ensure effective warranty policy implementation across the Iberia market.

You will oversee dealer technical management, training, and team development, coordinating OTA updates and recall campaigns to minimise downtime and protect BYD’s brand reputation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical field.
• Minimum 5 years in automotive after-sales technical support or service operations.
• Experience with OEM/importer/dealer networks preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems; NEVs a plus.
• High-voltage safety and EV repair knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional after-sales technical support activities and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate large-scale product quality issues and OTA software updates.
• Manage dealer technical standards and training programs.
• Build and lead the technical support team with clear KPIs.
• Oversee warranty policy implementation and policy localization.
