Michael Page is seeking a senior automotive aftersales professional to lead technical support for the Spanish dealer network, manage warranty policy implementation and analysis, and drive training across new models, EVs, and ADAS.

You will coordinate recalls, conduct workshops, and oversee outsourced training providers to ensure certification and compliant service delivery. The role requires strong stakeholder management and a track record in aftersales operations.

• Lead dealer technical support activities (hotline, case management) and escalate complex issues to HQ.
• Primary technical contact for the dealer network.
• Implement and control warranty policies; analyze warranty trends and ensure proper processes.
• Deploy Spain training strategy covering new models, EVs, and ADAS.
• Coordinate recalls and service campaigns with dealer communication and HQ reporting.
• Conduct workshop audits to ensure safety and service standards compliance.
• Manage outsourced technical training providers; monitor budgets and KPIs.
• Ensure certification, launch readiness, and training quality with partners.

• Serve as the primary technical contact for the dealer network.
• Implement and control warranty policies, analyse warranty trends, and support dealers in correct warranty processes and compliance.
• Deploy the technical training strategy for Spain, covering new models, EVs, and ADAS.
• Ensure certification, launch readiness, and training quality through external training partners.
• Coordinate recalls and service campaigns, ensuring clear dealer communication, correct execution, completion monitoring, and reporting to HQ and authorities.
• Conduct workshop audits, assess compliance with service and safety standards, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions with dealers.
• Manage outsourced technical training providers, ensuring alignment with curricula, quality standards, budgets, and KPIs.
