Job summary
RPM International Inc. is seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician to be a key contact for RPM employees across South of Europe, combining hands-on technical expertise with a strong customer-service mindset.
You will ensure that employees have reliable, secure technology—from laptops and mobile devices to Microsoft 365 applications, printers and local IT services—and you will support onboarding, moves and leavers.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT desktop support experience in multi-site or international environments.
- Strong Windows 11 and endpoint support skills including devices and peripherals.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Experience with Intune and Autopilot for deployment and management.
- Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
- Fluent English and Spanish; Italian is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Handle, monitor and update IT tickets in ServiceNow.
- Support joiner, mover and leaver activities and device lifecycle.
- Configure and support PCs, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
- Provide local network and connectivity support including VPN and LAN devices.
- Install and support Microsoft 365 apps and local business applications.
- Support IT projects, migrations and vendor coordination.
