RPM International Inc. is seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician to be a key contact for RPM employees across South of Europe, combining hands-on technical expertise with a strong customer-service mindset.
You will ensure that employees have reliable, secure technology—from laptops and mobile devices to Microsoft 365 applications, printers and local IT services—and you will support onboarding, moves and leavers.
RPM International Inc. is a $7.9 billion multinational company with subsidiaries that are world leaders in specialty coatings, sealants, building materials and related services. From homes and workplaces to infrastructure and precious landmarks, RPM’s market-leading brands are trusted by consumers and professionals alike to help build a better world.
With more than 17,500 employees and 120 manufacturing facilities across 26 countries, RPM operates across three reportable segments: Consumer, Construction Products and Performance Coatings.
As RPM continues to grow globally, our IT teams play an essential role in connecting our people, enabling our businesses and ensuring employees have the technology they need to work effectively and securely.
As an IT Desktop Support Technician, you will be a key point of contact for RPM employees across South of Europe, combining hands‑on technical expertise with a strong customer-service mindset.
Your mission will be to ensure that employees have reliable, secure and effective technology to do their jobs — from their laptops, mobile devices and Microsoft 365 applications to connectivity, peripherals and local IT services.
But this role goes beyond day‑to‑day support. You will also contribute to IT projects across Europe, standardisation initiatives, migrations, acquisitions and integrations.
You will help keep our South European companies running smoothly while contributing to the continuous improvement and standardization of RPM’s IT environment.
You will bring a hands‑on approach to IT support, combined with the ability to work independently, communicate effectively with users and collaborate with teams across different countries.
This is an opportunity to build your career within the IT organization of a global company operating across 26 countries, while gaining exposure to both day‑to‑day operations and larger international IT initiatives.
If you enjoy solving technical problems, working directly with people and being involved in projects that go beyond the traditional service desk, this role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact across RPM’s European organisation.
