Descripción de la vacante

Amazon seeks an IT Support Engineer to keep our IT infrastructure robust at its sites. Based on site, you will troubleshoot, install and maintain end-user devices and network equipment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will travel to different sites domestically and potentially internationally, supporting both on-site and remote colleagues, and mentoring junior staff as you implement improvements to IT systems and processes.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
Experience troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis.
Experience with IP networking fundamentals and TCP/IP, UDP, DNS & DHCP.
Experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery.
Experience supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
Valid EU driver's license.
Advanced proficiency in Spanish (C1 level) and English (B2 level), verbally and in writing.

Help with key network projects, like the IT setup of new Amazon buildings
Suggest new processes that improve the way Amazon uses IT in its operational sites
Train and mentor IT technicians
