Job summary

Solenis (Chem-Aqua, NCH Europe) is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead the development of water-treatment and cooling optimisation solutions across Europe for data centres. You will engage with hyperscalers, colocation providers and large infrastructure operators, managing complex, high-value sales cycles across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• You have strong experience in technical B2B sales in water treatment or cooling systems.
• You engage with engineers, operations, procurement and leadership stakeholders at data centre operators.
• You drive complex, high-value sales cycles across Europe and multi-site agreements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target major Data Centre operators across Europe.
• Develop and secure multi-site and multi-country agreements.
• Build a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Lead consultative sales on water treatment, cooling, energy efficiency and operations.
