Job summary

Solenis is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive data centre water treatment and cooling solutions across Europe, with Madrid as a key focus. You will engage with hyperscalers, colocation providers and major infrastructure operators to develop high-value technical sales opportunities.

The role requires a strong B2B sales track record, leading complex proposals, coordinating internal teams, and building strategic multi-site contracts in fast-growing data centre environments.

Qualifications

Experience in technical B2B sales within water treatment, cooling or related sectors.
Proven track record selling complex technical solutions to large operators.
Data Centre experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

Identify and target Data Centre operators and decision-makers in Madrid and wider Spain.
Develop and secure multi-site / multi-country agreements.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities.
Drive new customer acquisition within mission-critical environments.
Expand existing agreements into additional sites and regions.
Coordinate internal technical, engineering, and operations teams.
