Solenis is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic opportunities in water treatment and cooling optimisation for Madrid and wider Spain. You will engage with hyperscalers, colocation providers and major operators, developing high-value technical sales opportunities and leading multi-site projects.

The role involves coordinating with engineers and operations teams, building a robust pipeline, and expanding existing agreements across regions in a fast-growing sector

Qualifikationen

• Experience in technical B2B sales, ideally in water treatment, cooling systems, HVAC or thermal solutions.
• Data Centre experience is advantageous, though not essential.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Identify and target Data Centre operators and decision-makers in Madrid and Spain.
• Develop and secure multi-site / multi-country agreements.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities.
• Drive new customer acquisition in mission-critical environments.
• Lead complex consultative sales cycles involving water treatment and cooling systems.
