Job summary

Eurofragance, headquartered in Barcelona with global offices, is seeking a Logistics professional to ensure efficient, compliant and cost-effective international operations. The role blends hands-on execution with process improvement and cross-functional coordination, offering opportunities to progressively take on broader team leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating international transport and logistics operations.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures and DG compliance (ADR/IMDG/IATA).
• Ability to lead cross-functional coordination and resolve complex incidents.
• Data-driven approach to monitor KPIs and logistics costs.

Responsibilities

What's your mission?

To ensure efficient, compliant and cost-effective international logistics operations while acting as a technical and operational reference for the EAT Logistics team. This role combines hands-on execution with process improvement, performance management and cross-functional coordination, offering the opportunity to progressively take on broader team coordination and leadership responsibilities.

Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

• Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international transport operations across road, air and ocean freight.

• Manage export and import processes, including customs requirements, Incoterms and Dangerous Goods compliance (ADR, IMDG and IATA).

• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, 3PL partners and internal stakeholders.

• Lead the resolution of complex operational incidents and escalations, balancing customer service, cost, lead time, compliance and risk.

• Monitor logistics performance, KPIs and costs, translating data into priorities and ensuring the follow-up of improvement actions.

• Act as a technical and operational reference for the Logistics team, supporting the coordination of daily priorities, critical shipments and workloads.

• Coach and support other team members, promoting accountability, process discipline and consistent ways of working.

• Participate in supplier performance reviews, tenders, logistics network optimization and business continuity initiatives.

• Lead or support SAP S/4HANA transformation, process standardization, automation and continuous improvement projects.

• Represent Logistics in cross-functional meetings and progressively take on broader coordination responsibilities.
