Eurofragance, headquartered in Barcelona, seeks a Commercial Back-office professional to support the Sales Community and clients. You will handle order-to-cash tasks in SAP/Procis, maintain customer data, and coordinate with logistics and regulatory teams to ensure smooth order Flow.

You will assist Key Account Managers, prepare quotations, manage pricing campaigns, and contribute to cross-functional projects to optimize systems. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Three years of experience in customer service, preferably in industry or production.
• Advanced level of English; Spanish is desirable.
• Results oriented, autonomous and able to solve problems, negotiate and collaborate.

Responsabilidades

• Manage order-to-cash processes using SAP/Procis and maintain customer data.
• Coordinate with logistics, planning and regulatory teams for orders and documentation.
• Prepare quotations and engage in cross functional projects to optimize systems.
• Support Key Account Managers and handle non-conformities, sample requests and pricing.

Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

Commercial Back-office role:

ORDER TO CASH PROCESS

ERP: SAP/Procis

Using SAP for below tasks:

• Creatingcustomer Proforma Invoice and Order

• Launching technical documentation

• Following up order updates, informing customer& Sales team

• Maintain and create customer data base

• Customer payments follow up

• Quotations upload. Pricing increase campaign

• Commercial agents, commission report and tracking

• Coordinate urgent orders with logistics and planning departments

• Follow-up customer projects, request customer samples and quotations

• Fragrance codes release request

Support Key Account Managers

• Support the Key account manager in their day to day requests

• Quotation new fragrances with our pricing calculator

• Lease with the Regulatory department to request documents per customer requirements.

• Manage and follow customer requests.

• Register and follow up of customer non-conformities

• Wins follow-up drive registration

• Olfactive pyramids generation

• Use library tool to select fragrances

• Marketing materials and promo-kits preparation.

• Customer Service or support role is preferred.

• Expert in customer interaction and engagement

• Eager to collaborate in cross functional projects related to systems optimization.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including MS Outlook and other applications

• Previous experience working with order management system, preferred SAP solution preferred

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly

What you need to shine in this role

3 years of previous experience in customer service (Preferably coming from the industrial and production sector)

Advanced level of English

Spanish: desirable

Results oriented, able to work autonomously.

Customer focused, problem solving and negotiation skills
