Qualifications

• The successful candidate will be a highly credible Financial Services professional.
• Experience engaging with senior executives and business leaders.
• Extensive experience in banking, insurance, asset management or related Financial Services sectors.

Responsabilités

• Support the growth and development of WTW's Work & Rewards business across Europe.
• Originate, develop and coordinate strategic Work & Rewards opportunities with leading Financial Services institutions.
• Coordinate multi-country and cross-functional pursuits involving several WTW business lines.
• Promote integrated client solutions combining advisory, data and technology offerings.
• Act as a trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders.
