Assurant, Inc. in Madrid, Spain, is seeking an Actuarial Lead to join our Europe team in a hybrid role. You will support pricing for new business opportunities and monitor underwriting scheme performance, with a focus on actionable recommendations to drive the regional business plan.

The role offers hybrid working, exposure to a Europe-wide actuarial team, and opportunities for actuarial development and rotation.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Degree in Mathematics or Actuarial Science or related field.
• Progressive actuarial and/or underwriting experience with understanding of insurance concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare pricing for new business opportunities within risk appetite and sustainability.
• Prepare performance analyses comparing actual vs. expected results for partners.
• Translate financial projections into business metrics and insights for stakeholders.
• Lead or contribute to team projects and support knowledge sharing.
