Louis Vuitton, part of the LVMH group, is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager in Madrid to design and manage compensation and benefits aligned with CoDir, EMEA, and Maison goals. This role requires deep market insight, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to implement regional C&B frameworks.

You will lead market analyses, payroll processes, and policy development across seven Mediterranean countries, ensuring pay transparency and alignment with local regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in business/HR/finance/law.
• 5–7 years in C&B across in-house and consulting environments.
• Knowledge of Spain labor law and employee relations.
• Fluent Spanish and English; French is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Design and manage compensation strategies to attract talent.
• Analyze market data and conduct salary surveys annually.
• Ensure compliance with Spain labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee payroll processes and inter-country payroll for the region.
• Develop C&B policies and support pay transparency and reporting.
