Job summary

Confidential Hires is seeking a Business Development Manager for the CFD brokerage sector. You will originate new leads, manage a portfolio of IBs and partners across Europe, and collaborate with regional marketing and client relations teams to drive growth.

You will leverage a proven network of industry contacts, use Salesforce for CRM, and build compelling sales pitches in PowerPoint to support monthly and quarterly targets, while monitoring competitors and seizing market opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CFD business development.
• Established network of IBs and partners across Europe.
• Experience using Salesforce for BD activities.

Responsibilities

• Originate new business leads and grow the portfolio of IBs and partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IBs and partners, and act as their primary contact.
• Develop a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for growth.
• Represent the business at workshops, seminars and other events.
• Consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Strong relationships with your personal portfolio of IBs and partners.
• A clear contribution to top-line growth and user acquisition.
