Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Country Manager based in Europe to drive market expansion across the European cryptocurrency and digital finance landscape. You will lead regional growth, oversee operations, and forge partnerships with KOLs and financial institutions.

Join a fast-moving, international team shaping digital finance in Europe. A strong background in fintech or crypto, plus fluency in English and another European language, is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or finance (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years leadership experience in tech, fintech, or financial services.
• Experience as Country Manager or senior exec in crypto/blockchain a plus.
• Strong knowledge of European regulatory frameworks (MiCA/MiCAR, MiFID, EMI).
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive European market strategy for growth.
• Lead regional operations, coordinating marketing, events, and partnerships.
• Increase brand engagement through targeted marketing and local initiatives.
• Build relationships with KOLs, financial institutions, and ecosystem partners.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to seize opportunities.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to align with MiCA/MiCAR, MiFID, EMI.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal teams for regional plans.
• Track KPIs and optimize regional performance for growth.
• Mentor regional teams and foster a high-performance culture.
• Represent the organization at industry events and strategic discussions.
