Job summary

Gilbarco Veeder-Root seeks a Business Development Director to lead European channel growth, partner networks and indirect sales strategies. The role drives revenue through distributors, OEMs and strategic partnerships across multiple European markets.

You will lead geographically dispersed teams, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure governance and compliance in a high-impact leadership position. Fluency in English is required with additional European languages desirable.

• Significant experience leading channel, distributor or partner networks across multiple countries.
• Proven ability to grow channel performance and deliver commercial growth.
• Experience developing and implementing channel strategies

• Drive distributor and partner performance and identify new routes-to-market.
