Job summary

Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, is seeking a Business Development Director to lead Europe channel strategy across the UK, Germany, Italy, Spain and beyond. You will drive distributor and partner performance, shape opportunities, and oversee revenue growth of 25–30M with indirect influence of 60M across channel partners.

This role requires senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration and strong commercial oversight.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading channel, distributor or partner networks across multiple countries.
• Proven track record of growing channel performance and delivering commercial growth.
• Strong ability to manage managers and lead geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Channel Strategy & Performance: Develop and execute European channel strategy; drive distributor and partner performance; evaluate channel coverage; identify growth opportunities; build partnerships; ensure governance and compliance; support new products.
• Drive Commercial Growth: Focus on aftermarket, spare parts, non-retail segments; drive strategic growth initiatives; run business development programs across Europe.
• Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Align sales, marketing, operations and commercial functions; drive strategic projects; remove growth barriers; lead complex initiatives across countries.
