Job summary

Lindt Travel Retail Europe, based in Barcelona, is hiring a Travel Retail Commercial & Activation Manager - Europe to lead growth across Spain, Italy, Portugal and the UK.

You will drive in-store activations, brand ambassadors, and visibility, coordinating with Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing and Sales to deliver sell-in and sell-out targets for the year. This role is based in Barcelona with frequent travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales field or trade marketing in FMCG.
• English and Spanish fluency; German a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within Europe.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven selling.

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute promotional activities with Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Sales.
• Coordinate brand activations and in-store executions to maximize visibility.
• Develop shelf layouts and planograms consistent with guidelines.
• Collaborate with store managers, agencies, and customers to drive revenue.
• Monitor promotions, pricing, and stock to optimize performance.
