Mastercard Services is seeking a Vice President, Sales – Customer Acquisition & Engagement for Europe. You will lead a 15+ person team, drive revenue growth, build go-to-market strategies, and partner with cross-functional teams across regions to ensure customer success and retention.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SaaS sales, enterprise environments, and data-driven, customer-centric selling. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative culture with a strong focus on results.

Qualificações

• Senior commercial leader with proven track record building and leading high‑performing sales organizations in digital engagement ecosystems.
• Experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams and delivering results in a high‑performance environment.
• Experience with SaaS business models and digital engagement, retail and commerce ecosystems.
• Excellent ability to influence stakeholders and coach teams to success.

Responsabilidades

• Set and monitor sales objectives for the European team, ensuring achievement of quarterly targets under a specific incentive plan.
• Coach, develop, and, when necessary, make decisions on team composition to ensure high performance in a SaaS sales environment.
• Oversee a core team of 15+ people, while also indirectly managing additional supporting functions.
• Collaborate with supporting functions (sales engineering, partnerships, lead generation) to maximize team effectiveness.
• Maintain a small individual sales target focusing on key or strategic accounts.
• Ensure the team is well-supported and that cross-functional collaboration is effective.
