Mastercard powers economies and enables digital payments across Europe. We seek a commercially focused Manager, Regional Commercialization, Digital Assets to drive BVNK-powered solutions, build the regional go-to-market, and accelerate adoption with financial institutions, fintechs, PSPs, marketplaces and digital merchants.

The role balances hands-on business development with strategic partnerships, product feedback, and market development across Europe. Travel across the region is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or growth within payments, fintech, digital assets, or financial technology.
• Strong sales mindset with the confidence and resilience to pursue new opportunities and close complex deals.
• Experience with digital assets or stablecoins is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and navigate cross-functional organizations.

Aufgaben

• Execute the regional commercialization strategy and contribute market insights to its ongoing development.
• Identify and prioritize client opportunities within target segments.
• Lead client pursuits from origination through contract execution and launch.
• Partner with account teams to accelerate opportunity conversion and client growth.
• Contribute to achievement of regional revenue and adoption targets.
• Identify emerging use cases and market opportunities to support growth objectives.
