Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Payments & Finance in Europe. You’ll own end-to-end product strategy, drive financial performance, and shape scalable payment systems for the travel platform.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Product Manager leading end-to-end fintech initiatives.
• Strong understanding of payments, credit, risk, and financial infrastructure.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial processes into scalable solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across global teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the Payments & Finance product domain end to end, defining vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics.
• Manage systems supporting credit lines, financial exposure, risk management, and payment requirements.
• Develop scalable solutions balancing financial risk, commercial opportunities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering to design, test, and deliver complex financial products.
• Partner with Finance and Risk to translate requirements into effective product solutions.
• Simplify payment flows, including virtual cards and partner-specific rules.
• Improve ledgers and payment operations through automation and optimization.
• Define and monitor product performance indicators and financial outcomes.
• Make trade-offs between speed, scalability, and customer experience.
• Contribute to building the product organization and growth.
