Job summary

Jobgether, a partner company, seeks a Product Manager based in Spain to guide a blockchain-focused product. You will own end-to-end execution, drive integrations with liquidity sources, and translate complex tech into clear requirements for engineering teams.

You'll collaborate with data, QA, and business development to monitor performance, release improvements, and expand market coverage in a remote-first, international team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in tech environments.
• Mandatory blockchain experience with understanding of the ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with external partners.
• Ability to translate complex tech problems into clear requirements.
• Attention to detail with proactive quality assurance.
• Familiarity with AI tools in product management.
• Organizational and prioritization skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own execution quality across the aggregation product with metrics and processes.
• Lead onboarding of new liquidity sources and ecosystems.
• Translate business objectives into clear product specs and tickets.
• Monitor API behavior and performance to detect anomalies.
• Build relationships with external partners like DEXs.
• Collaborate with business dev, QA, and data teams to align priorities.
• Analyze product performance data to identify trends.
• Own initiatives from discovery through delivery.
