• Develop and execute European channel strategy and optimize partner networks
• Drive distributor and partner performance and coverage across Europe
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, operations and finance
• Oversee aftermarket/spare parts and non-retail customer segments for growth
• Influence strategic commercial decisions and ensure governance and compliance
