Paylocity is seeking an EUC Support Analyst based in Guadalajara to provide end-user IT support across workstations, software, laptops, and mobile devices. The role includes on-site and remote troubleshooting and back-up AV support for events.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in corporate technical support, strong knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, Office 365, and Active Directory, plus the ability to communicate technical details to non-technical users and work under pressure.

Formación

• 3+ years in corporate technical support in an enterprise environment.
• Proficient in Windows 11, macOS, Office 365.
• Experience with Active Directory and software deployment systems.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of issues and drive them to full resolution.
• Escalate appropriately without abandoning ownership.
• Communicate full resolutions to customers during incidents.
• Serve as escalation point for complex tickets.
• Plan and organize work across multiple projects.
• Meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Provide exceptional end-user experience and assist the escalation team.
