Job summary

Montarelo Recruiting seeks several 2nd level support Engineers to support its Valencia hub, delivering specialized Microsoft Workplace solutions for international clients. The role focuses on Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, and end-user support in a fast-paced environment.

Onboarding is followed by a hybrid work model with 3-4 days remote per week; English is the primary communication language, with Spanish required and German a plus. Valencia-based with EU work permit preferred.

Qualifications

• Min 4 years of proven experience in 2nd level workplace support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and End-User Support services.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is expected; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve 2nd-level tickets in the Workplace Services domain (Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, IE/Edge, End-User Support).
• Process ServiceNow tickets promptly with accurate documentation of solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for the 1st-level support team.
• Collaborate with other support units to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Majority of support activities will be conducted in English.
