Job summary

NTT DATA is hiring a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1). This entry-level role provides remote technical support to clients, identifying and resolving incidents to restore service and meet SLAs.

Based in Spain with remote work, you will use service assurance tools, document incidents, and coordinate with teams to ensure timely resolution. Ideal candidates have basic networking knowledge and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled according to procedures.
• Uses service assurance software and tools to investigate and diagnose problems, collects performance statistics, and creates reports.
