Hitachi Energy in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst to join our team. You will troubleshoot software systems, document solutions, and maintain SOPs while collaborating with developers on bugs and updates.

The role also includes mentoring a team of analysts to achieve and exceed quotas, with a focus on cloud-based solutions within the Azure ecosystem.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in Azure Configuration or development.
• Experience working in applications using MS SQL.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Azure Portal ecosystem (e.g., Application Insights, Azure Data Factory, Azure Dashboard, API Management, Traceability).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades
