Job Talent is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead sales across Spain, targeting large enterprise clients and driving revenue growth nationwide. You will develop strategies, engage C-suite audiences, and close high-value staffing deals with a focus on performance and scale.

Formación

• Proven experience in selling temporary staffing solutions in Spain.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% across Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a sales plan to exceed revenue targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
• Drive lead generation through cold calling, networking, and events.
• Identify and close new staffing opportunities in Spain.
• Contribute to product marketing roadmap and cost-effective strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
• Travel across Spain to meet clients and attend events.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and progress updates to leadership.
