Preply is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive incremental growth within a portfolio of ~75 parent accounts. You will own expansion opportunities, collaborate with KAMs and SDRs, and lead renewals while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

You will shape expansion strategies, identify new teams and use cases, and guide opportunities from discovery to close in a fast-paced, global EdTech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record in expansion/enterprise selling.

Responsabilités

• Deliver against expansion GMV and net revenue retention targets.
• Own expansion for ~75 existing accounts, prioritising new teams and use cases.
• Co-own renewals with KAMs and drive upsell opportunities to close.
• Manage the expansion process end to end: discovery, conversations and closing.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Develop account plans and stakeholder maps with KAMs to support growth.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts; track progress against targets.
• Lead executive business reviews with KAMs to align on objectives.
