Preply Inc. is looking for a Head of Marketing Expansion to define marketing strategy and drive growth for new categories and markets. This high-impact role involves leading a team, shaping go-to-market strategies, and owning brand positioning. The ideal candidate has significant marketing leadership experience, analytical skills, and a track record of successful market expansions. The position offers a hybrid work model in Barcelona and opportunities for professional development and collaboration with a diverse team.

Formación

• Significant experience in marketing with meaningful time in senior leadership roles.
• Ability to operate at the level of vision and strategy while maintaining hands-on judgement.
• Deep experience launching into new markets, including defining positioning and building playbooks.
• Highly comfortable with data, opportunity sizing, and performance frameworks.
• Exceptional ability to communicate strategy and align senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the marketing vision for Preply's Expansion mission.
• Lead the development of positioning, messaging, and channel strategies for new categories.
• Partner closely with Brand and Product Marketing to evolve brand perception.
• Define KPIs for new segments and categories; own reporting cadence.
• Act as the primary marketing voice in cross-functional forums.
