Zusammenfassung

Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers in Spain and across EMEA. You will help optimize operations and achieve business objectives using Google Cloud.

You will leverage deep technical expertise and strong customer-facing skills to build relationships, drive satisfaction, and help customers realize maximum value from their cloud investment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders, managing customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
• Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.
• Ability to communicate in English and one of the listed languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese) fluently.

Aufgaben

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey and providing technical guidance.
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive feature development across multiple workstreams.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders (C‑Suite and IT teams) to understand business needs and lead roadmaps and quarterly business reviews.
• Plan customer events and launches with cross-functional teams to ensure success during critical moments and guide escalations to resolution.
• Develop best practices based on engagements to scale through partners.
