Amazon Web Services is seeking a Technical Account Manager for AWS Enterprise Support in Barcelona. You will be the principal technical advisor to some of the world's largest financial services firms, guiding cloud strategy, risk management, and operational excellence.

You will own cross-domain conversations across compute, storage, networking, databases and security, driving measurable outcomes and proactive guidance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• Experience in external enterprise customer-facing role as a technical lead.
• Fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsabilidades

• Act as principal technical advisor to financial services customers.
• Drive AWS adoption and coordinate with engineers to resolve issues.
• Lead strategic technical discussions with senior leadership.
• Apply DevSecOps and Operational Excellence frameworks.
• Use generative AI to accelerate troubleshooting and insights.
