Job summary

Accenture España is seeking a Senior Mid-Market Sales Engineer for the Google Cloud Business Group. You will partner with account teams to shape opportunities, demonstrate Google Cloud capabilities, and connect technology decisions to measurable business value.

You will develop solution concepts, lead demos, MVPs, and workshops, and collaborate with offshore teams to deliver feasible, client-focused solutions. In-person collaboration is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in hands-on, client-facing technology role (e.g., Cloud Engineer, Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Technology Consultant).
• Minimum of 4 years of deep, hands-on experience architecting and building solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Modernization, Data & AI, Call Center AI, Workspace, Marketing Technology, Security and/or Agentic AI on Google Cloud.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience leading client-facing technical workshops, discovery sessions, demos, and solution discussions in support of sales pursuits.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams, including offshore teams, to support solution development and client pursuits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Run discovery sessions, assessments, and workshops clarifying business priorities and technical requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on Google Cloud capabilities and recommended approaches to client stakeholders.
• Shape Google Cloud solution approaches aligned to client outcomes and feasibility.
• Lead product demos, workshops, and conversations showing Accenture and Google Cloud value.
• Build MVPs, prototypes, and proofs-of-value to accelerate decisions.
• Contribute to proposals and SOWs ensuring feasible, compelling solutions.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to validate feasibility and hand off to delivery.
