Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Key Account Executive for the Financial Services segment in Madrid. You will lead senior-level engagements with strategic enterprises, developing relationships with business unit leaders to understand challenges and articulate Google solutions.

You will own the end-to-end sales process, drive long-term revenue growth, coordinate cross-functional teams, and advocate the value of cloud, data, and AI to customers in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of quota-carrying software sales or consultative account management at a B2B software company.
• Experience in or supporting financial services or banking, managing the full sales cycle.
• Experience selling to enterprise accounts and C-level executives.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to surpass revenue targets and build trusted, consultative relationships with our customer. Leverage emerging technology trends, market analysis, and knowledge of cloud solutions to showcase how Google Cloud can transform customers' business.
• Manage and track the sales pipeline from lead to close, ensuring health and accurate forecasting for clear visibility into expected outcomes.
• Manage complex, multi-year contracts and formulate persuasive proposals that illustrate clear ROI through customer business cases and deployment plans.
• Mobilize internal experts and external partners at the right time to drive consumption and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Run and manage complex global account(s) with multiple opportunities across different functions, serving as the primary customer contact for all adoption-related activities.
