Job summary

Celonis seeks a Business Development Representative to identify and develop enterprise opportunities in the DACH market. You will prospect strategic accounts via cold calls, email and social outreach and set up qualified meetings for Account Executives.

Join a fast-paced team, own your book of business, and evangelize the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform while collaborating with sales and marketing to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• BA/BS from a top university or equivalent.
• 2+ years of sales or business development experience.
• Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
• Able to take initiative.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• Self-starter who is dedicated, hungry, and driven to succeed – a true out‑performer.
• Native (or equivalent) level in German. Fluent in English. Other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email and social strategies
• Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives
• Maintain and organize an annual book of business
• Be a subject matter expert and evangelist of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
• Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts in order to book sales appointments and influence company revenue
