Job summary

Timbal AI in Barcelona is seeking a results-driven closer to sell AI-enabled solutions to mid‑market and enterprise clients across Spain and Europe. You will own the full sales cycle—from discovery to contract, working directly with the CEO on go‑to‑market initiatives.

Requirements include 4+ years closing B2B tech deals, a technical sales background, and fluent Catalan, Spanish and English. Uncapped commissions and a fast-growing team await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 4+ years closing B2B tech deals (SaaS, data, cloud or AI).
• Technical sales background: platforms, integrations, ERPs, APIs.
• Complex deals with multiple stakeholders and 2–6 month cycles.
• Fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English.
• Bonus: startup experience or selling AI/automation.

Responsibilities

• Turn business pain into AI agent use cases for mid-market and enterprise accounts in Spain and Europe.
• Lead technical demos, workshops and POCs.
• Build proposals and SOWs, negotiate and close.
• Multi-thread deals across business, IT, security and procurement.
• Work SDR pipeline and generate your own. Keep the CRM and forecast clean.
