Zusammenfassung

Timbal AI is redefining how enterprises scale with AI. We’re seeking a closer who has sold complex tech to CIOs and business leaders and can seal deals in the room. You’ll own the full cycle from discovery to expansion and work directly with the CEO on go-to-market initiatives.

Expect uncapped commissions, ESOP, SDR support from day one, and a direct path to lead the sales team. Fluency in Catalan, Spanish and English is required to thrive in Spain and across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years closing B2B tech deals (SaaS, data, cloud or AI).
• Technical sales background: platforms, integrations, ERPs, APIs.
• Complex deals with multiple stakeholders and 2 to 6 month cycles.
• Fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English.
• Startup experience or selling AI/automation is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Close full sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, contract, expansion.
• Speak tech fluently with CIOs and IT teams, no sales engineer needed.
• Lead technical demos, workshops and POCs.
• Build proposals and SOWs, negotiate and close.
• Multi-thread deals across business, IT, security and procurement.
• Generate your own SDR pipeline and keep CRM/forecast clean.
• Work directly with the CEO on go-to-market and growth.
