Pigment is an AI-powered business planning and performance management platform. We’re seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across Iberia and own the full sales cycle from first contact to close.

You’ll build C-suite relationships, coordinate with customer success and technical teams, and shape compelling business plans to hit quotas and renewals across Enterprise organisations. English and Spanish fluency is required, with a hybrid remote work policy and opportunities to work

Formación

Experience in B2B SaaS sales at enterprise level.
Ability to open and develop an enterprise market across Iberia.
Proven track record of closing enterprise deals.

Responsabilidades

Lead the full sales cycle from initial interest to deal close and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with customer success and technical teams.
Build relationships with executives at all levels across industries to close enterprise deals.
Consult with prospects and customers to align business objectives and drive long-term partnerships.
Model use cases where Pigment drives business transformation across industries and provide post‑sale support with the CSM team.
