Job summary

Zendesk Technologies Spain, S.L. (Spain) is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in the Iberian market from Madrid. You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals and expand Zendesk’s footprint within large-enterprise accounts.

The role requires navigating long sales cycles, engaging C‑level executives, and delivering AI-enabled customer experience value. A hybrid work model and exposure to a dynamic tech market are offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cloud/software B2B sales or solution engineering.
• Proven success in Enterprise sales cycles with multi-month engagements and PO concepts.
• Experience selling into large Enterprise organizations ($1B+ revenue).
• Ability to engage VP and C-level execs and articulate AI-powered CX value.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Proven habit of creating growth plans and territory strategies.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new Enterprise customers in Spain & Portugal and target companies above 1500 employees.
• Expand AI and automation adoption, cross-sell and upsell Zendesk solutions.
• Manage key customer relationships for satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Build quarterly territory & account plans to increase Zendesk’s market share.
• Lead complex sales cycles with PO concepts and AI-enabled design.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate forecasting to exceed targets.
• Develop C-level relationships and position Zendesk as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams.
