Tamarind Intelligence is hiring a Business Development Representative (Enterprise) in Madrid. You will own a high-touch, enterprise-focused pipeline and engage senior executives to shape opportunities in a sustainability tech space.

This role offers clear progression into Account Executive or BD leadership within 18-36 months, a hybrid work setup, and a competitive package with sustainability mobility perks. Native French and fluent English are required, with 2-4 years of experience.

Formación

• Recent graduate from a top university or 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Native-level French and fluent English skills.
• Strong commercial curiosity and comfort in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• High resilience and motivation to succeed in a performance-driven culture.

Responsabilidades

• Manage 100-200 named target enterprise accounts.
• Conduct senior-level discovery calls with VP and C-level executives.
• Execute signal-driven outreach based on market shifts and earnings reports.
• Build and test lightweight AI workflows using Claude, Apollo, n8n, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
