osapiens is launching a Graduate Program in Madrid for a Business Development Representative focused on the UKI market. You will own outbound efforts from day one, research named accounts, and use an AI-driven stack to build and qualify pipeline while learning from senior leaders in a fast-growing sustainability tech company.

You will transition through roles over 18–36 months based on performance, with a clear career path into AE, senior BD, or leadership.

• Not a traditional SDR role with high ownership from day one.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a named account list of 100–200 accounts with quality pipeline.
• Lead senior outbound conversations with VP-level contacts.
• Perform signal-driven outreach and craft compelling angles.
• Handoff qualified pipeline to AE with multi-thread coverage.
• Build and share AI research workflows and lightweight agents.
• Pilot and scale AI SDR initiatives for inbound/outbound.
• Execute messaging, decks, case studies, and guides provided.
