Global M in Madrid is seeking a Business Development Representative (Enterprise) to own high-touch outreach and build an enterprise pipeline in sustainability tech. You will manage named accounts and engage senior executives to uncover strategic opportunities.

We value graduates or professionals with 2-4 years in commercial roles, fluent French and English, and a high drive to succeed in a performance-driven culture. Hybrid setup with clear progression into leadership.

Formación

• Native-level French and fluent English required.
• Recent graduate from a top university or 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong commercial curiosity and ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• High resilience and motivation in a performance-driven culture.

Responsabilidades

• Manage 100-200 named enterprise accounts.
• Conduct senior-level discovery calls with VP and C-level executives.
• Execute signal-driven outreach based on market shifts and earnings reports.
• Build and test lightweight AI workflows using Claude, Apollo, n8n, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
