Job Talent is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive and expand our staffing business across Spain, focusing on large enterprise clients. You will lead the sales cycle, cultivate key relationships, and accelerate revenue growth nationwide while traveling as needed.
Ideal candidates have a proven staffing sales track record, exceptional negotiation skills, and the drive to exceed targets. The role offers a competitive base salary with an enticing commission structure and teleworking

Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute a Spain-wide sales plan to exceed targets
- Identify and close new staffing opportunities with large enterprise clients
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and tailor staffing solutions
- Contribute to product marketing roadmap and cost-efficient strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
- Travel across Spain to meet clients and advance deals
- Provide regular sales progress, revenue forecasts, and insights to leadership
