Concentrix is hiring an Inside Business Development Specialist in Barcelona on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting innovative solutions with full training and robust sales support.

Candidates should be bilingual (English & German), have a strong B2B sales background, and be team oriented with a hunter mindset. You will work with sales and channel partners to move opportunities from first contact to closure,

Formación

• Must be bilingual in English and German with strong communication skills.
• Solid B2B sales background and a hunter mindset.
• Self-starter, achievement oriented and quick to learn.
• Proficient in presenting data and communicating value to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach.
• Identify and qualify new prospects through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach; maintain CRM.
• Collaborate with sales teams and channel partners to move opportunities toward closure.
• Prepare commercial and technical proposals; track pipeline and quotas.
• Represent the brand at events, webinars, and tradeshows; ensure smooth onboarding.
