Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking an Inside Partner Sales Representative (German-speaking) to drive growth with resellers and manage the full sales cycle in a hybrid setup.

The role focuses on building partner networks, qualifying inbound leads, pricing support, negotiations, and post-sales engagement, with a 39-hour work week and a competitive base salary of €23,400 plus up to €7,200 performance bonus, private medical insurance and a restaurant card.

Formación

• Bilingual in French and professional English required.
• Experience in B2B sales, account management or partner sales preferred.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills essential.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage relationships with resellers and partners to expand the network.
• Qualify and convert inbound leads into opportunities with partners to close deals.
• Manage full sales cycle including pricing support, solution positioning and negotiations.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate reporting and funnel management.
• Promote use of sales tools and product knowledge among partners and ensure alignment with programs.
• Drive partner engagement through outreach, trainings and events, with strong post-sales follow-up.
