TP is seeking a customer support advisor in Barcelona to understand and identify customer needs, listen actively, and mediate between international travellers and accommodation suppliers to maintain high service standards.

The role requires Spanish at C2 and English at C1, excellent communication, and strong PC skills (Office 365, CRM). A positive, solution-driven mindset and adaptability to shifting priorities are valued.

Formación

• Spanish: C2 level and English C1 requested.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• PC skills: Office 365, CRM Database and other internal platforms.
• Problem-solving mindset and solution orientation.
• Positive and motivated mindset to handle tricky customer problems.
• Goal-oriented work approach.
• Open mind to changing priorities and processes.
• Affinity with accommodation platforms.
• Experience in customer service or contact centers valued.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and identify customer needs; listen, respond and mediate between travellers and accommodation suppliers to ensure high service levels.
• Clarify inquiries about service, payment and technical requirements; provide accurate information via email and phone.
