TP in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service and Technical Support Advisor fluent in Spanish and English to become an ambassador for our brands in the coffee and culinary world. You will provide 360° support across presales, aftersales, stores and ecommerce, plus basic technical troubleshooting and backoffice tasks.

Ideal candidates will have Spanish C2 and English B2-C1, strong listening and empathy, customer focus, problem solving, integrity and conflict management, with experience in digital

Responsabilidades

• Provide 360° support to all brands in presales and aftersales, including physical stores and e-commerce.
• Offer basic technical troubleshooting support.
• Perform backoffice tasks related to customer service and support operations.
