Exoticca is seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent to join our fast-growing team in Barcelona. You will assist customers before departure and during their trips, covering calls, chats, and emails, with a focus on accurate information and timely resolutions.

Ideal candidates have strong English skills (C1/C2) and either Spanish, French, or German. Knowledge of Salesforce and CRM tools is a plus, and a hospitality/ travel related degree is preferred but not essential.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of contact center or customer service experience.
• Experience in travel/hospitality industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pre-departure, in-destination, and post-trip support across channels (calls, chat, email).
• Handle visa information and country entry requirements.
• Assist with bookings, cancellations, and refunds.
• Support customers with flight delays or changes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of processes and policies.
